Please read these terms carefully before using the Bridal Konnect service.
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your" business entity) and Bridal Konnect ("we," "us," or "our").
Subject to these Terms, Bridal Konnect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business operations.
You agree to pay the subscription fees for the Service as specified on our pricing page or in a separate agreement. All fees are Monthly and are non-refundable, except as expressly provided otherwise.
If the Service is provided for a trial period, your use is subject to these Terms. Bridal Konnect reserves the right to terminate the trial at any time. Upon expiration of the trial, access will terminate unless a full subscription is purchased.
You retain all ownership rights to the data, information, and material that you submit to the Service ("Customer Data," including bride/client information, sales records, etc.).
You grant Bridal Konnect a license to use, host, reproduce, and display the Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to comply with legal requirements.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to upload any content that is harmful, infringing, or illegal. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of all Customer Data.
The Service, including all software, code, graphics, content, and the look and feel, is the property of Bridal Konnect and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@bridalkonnect.com. Termination will take effect at the end of your current Monthly billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, Bridal Konnect will make your Customer Data available for a period of 90 days. After this period, we reserve the right to delete all Customer Data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BRIDAL KONNECT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BRIDAL KONNECT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE **ONE (1)]** MONTH PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Canada.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bridal Konnect regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice (e.g., 30 days) of any material changes.
